Not an emergency service

Do not use this site to report emergencies. For fallen power lines, fires, gas leaks or medical emergencies call 999 immediately. To report a power cut call 16999 or your utility’s hotline.

Acceptable use

Submit only genuine reports. Do not submit false, abusive or automated reports, or scrape the service in a way that degrades it.

Calculators

Calculator results are estimates, not bills. Your utility’s bill is the final amount.
